Meet the farmer
Hello Friends, my name is Cicely Fleury and I am the owner/farmer/florist here at Fleury Farm. I live, work and play on this farm along with my husband, Scott, and our three children. Our farm is 3.5 acres, located in the beautiful Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon.
I started this farm because I wanted to grow my own food for my family, and be more self-sufficient. I also wanted to grow fresh fruits and vegetables for folks in our community who struggle with food security.
Growing up, my family didn't have much. We never went hungry, but I do remember eating beans & rice for several nights in a row to make food stretch. I remember the boxes of bread and cheese from the government handouts. Now that I'm an adult with children of my own, I can't imagine the stress of trying to find healthy food for my family.
When we bought this property in December 2017, I had no idea I was going to fall down this 'rabbit hole' of flower farming. The flower sales cover the expenses for the rest of the farm, so we can continue to donate fresh foods to our community. So, when you make a purchase from us, you're not just supporting a small farm, you're supporting several aspects of our community. Thank you!

When possible, we plant organic non-GMO seeds. We purchase many of our seeds from local seed growers such as: Restoration Seeds (Ashland Oregon), and Siskiyou Seeds (Williams, Oregon).

Our farm strives to be sustainable and eco-friendly. We buy organic fertilizers and organic compost for all of our flower, fruit and vegetable crops. As we grow we will continue to find ways to build our soil tilth, reduce our inputs, and become a model organic farm.

We do not spray pesticides on our property, and try to provide opportunity for nature to reign. As such, our flowers and produce may have the occasional blemish due to pest damage - we're OK with that and we're glad you are too!

Our mission is to help members of our community who struggle with food insecurity. We have the opportunity to help make an impact, by donating our farm produce to local food pantries.
